Modular Barn – Elizabethtown, PA


Project Description:

This is a 36’x60′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos. This Elizabethtown, PA barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with tan paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted brown. It has 6 pitch engineered trusses maufactured by Superior Trusses LLC and (Tan Color) insulated metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The gutters and downspouts were manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and swinging double loft doors with transom window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are (2) B-37 Series cupolas with horse weather vanes manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (6) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x12′ open storage area and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x60′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. The loft has 8′ high walls and ceiling and each gable end has fake gables for shed dormer appearence. One end of the loft has swinging double loft doors with transom window and the other end has a window. Along each side of the loft are more windows and above each stall is a hay hole. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and chew guard and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and (2) service doors into the aisle. The open storage area has a window and is open to the aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
