Modular Barn – Fleishmanns, NY

Project Description:

This modular horse barn was erected in Fleishmanns, NY in the High Country style. The roof has Charcoal colored shingles manufactured by BP. A B-48 Boston Series cupola, supplied by Creative Cupolas sits on top of this barn. The barn is painted with Haley’s red color and the trim, crossbucks, facia, and rake board with Haley’s white. The wood Dutch doors, sliding stall doors and service doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts. Lezzer Lumber manufactured the custom wood stairs. The vinyl windows were manufactured by 7-D Industries and supplied by Keystone Door Solutions.

Benefits:

This barn features (1) 12’x12 storage room, (1) 12’x12’ wash stall, (1) 12’x12’ tack room, (1) 12’x12’ stall, and (2) 12’x24’ open areas that provide ample space to care for animals. The upstairs functional loft is accessed by custom-made wooden stairs in the one open area. A 10’ lean-to overhang off of the left elevation provides protection from the elements. The 6×6 lean-to posts are wrapped in white PVC giving this barn a distinct look. See the attached floor plan for further details.
