Modular Barn – Grandby


Project Description:

This is a 32’x26′ modular barn with 10′ high walls in the trailside style. This Granby, MA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with blue paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted gray. It has 4 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Pewter Gray color) manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 11’x13′ stalls and 11’x14′ open storage area and an 11’x12′ tack room and a 10’x26′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high southern yellow pine kickboards and have chew guards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The open storage area is open to the center aisle. The tack room has a floor and a service door into the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are sliding windows.
