Modular Barn – Hapers Ferry, WV


Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the high country style. This Harpers Ferry, WV high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim is painted tan. The doors are stained with smoke stain and the door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (6) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the tack room. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
