Modular Barn – Harve De Grace, MD

Project Description:

This is a 30’x30′ modular barn with 8′ lean-to in the trailside style. This Havre de Grace, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Williamsburg Slate color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x11′ stalls and a 10’x8′ tack room and a 10’x20′ open storage area and a 10’x10′ wash stall and a 10’x30′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The open storage area has (2) windows. The wash stall has white glass board on the walls. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
