Modular Barn – Haymarket, VA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x32′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos in the trailside style. This Haymarket, VA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. It has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 12’x16′ stalls and a 12’x16′ open storage area and a 12’x32′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke into the aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The open storage area has pressure-treated floor and a window. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
