Modular Barn – Jarrettsville, MD


Project Description:

This is a 34’x30′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos in the trailside style. This Jarrettsville, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint by Haley Paint Company. The window trim is painted white and the doors are painted red. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Shakewood color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the large windows are single-hung wood barn sash windows, both manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (2) 12’x10′ stalls and a 12’x12′ stall and a 12’x18′ tack room and a 12’x10′ wash stall and a 10’x30′ aisle. The (2) 12’x10′ stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The 12’x12′ stall has a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a window. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and a service door. The wash stall has white glass board on the walls. On either side of the front roll doors are single-hung windows.
