Modular Barn – Leesburg, VA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x66′ modular barn with (2) 8′ lean-tos in the high country style. This Leesburg, VA high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with tan paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hunter Green color) shingles. The smaller windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors and the larger windows are insulated Ply Gem Silverline Series double-hung windows. The insulated service doors are also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and sliding loft door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (7) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x10′ stall and a 12’x8′ open storage area and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 12’x10′ feed room and a 12’x10′ office and a 12’x66′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the feed room and ladder in the center aisle. One end of the loft has a sliding loft door with window and the other end has a sliding window. The loft also has (2) hay holes with hinged covers. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The open storage area has a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The tack room has insulated floor and an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door into the aisle. The feed room has insulated floor and an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door into the aisle. The office has insulated floor and an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
