Modular Barn – Luray, VA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Luray, VA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim are painted white. The door crossbucks are painted black. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8′ roll doors and 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 42″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door and 42″x36″ swinging stall doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-24 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x8′ stalls and a 10’x10′ stall and a 10’x8′ tack room and a 10’x6′ open storage area and a 10’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with oak kick boards. Three stalls have a swinging stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The dutch doors with windows are reversed for miniature horses. The other stall has a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The open storage area has a window. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. Each end of the aisle has a gable
