Modular Barn – Lyme, NH

This is a 36’x72′ modular horse barn with 10′ high walls and (2) 12′ lean-tos. This Lyme, NH horse barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with gray paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are insulated Silverline Series double-hung windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The swinging double french patio doors and insulated service door with window are manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and service door and swinging double loft doors with transom window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are (2) B-48 Series cupolas manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (7) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x24′ open storage area and a 12’x72′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the open storage area. The loft is also accessed via an outside deck and stairs. The loft has 8′ high walls and sloped ceiling with scissors trusses and each gable end has fake gables for shed dormer appearance. One end of the loft has swinging double loft doors with transom window and the other end has swinging double french patio doors with an insulated double-hung window on each side. Along each side of the loft are (6) insulated double-hung windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has (2) insulated double-hung windows and an insulated service door with window into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The open storage area has a service door to the outside and is open to the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
