Modular Barn – Manassas, VA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the monitor style. This Manassas, VA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has rafters and an insulated metal roof (Evergreen Color) manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The double 5’x8′ swinging doors with windows and double 5’x7′ swinging doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with windows are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn is all open inside for use as a garage. It has a partial loft in the center with a railing at one end and the rest is open to the garage below. The loft is accessed via stairs. Each end of the upper section has a window and along the sides are more windows. The floor is a concrete pad installed by the customer. The front has double 5’x8′ swinging doors with windows in the middle and double 5’x7′ swinging doors with windows on each side. One side has (2) windows and the other side has (3) windows and a dutch door with a window. The rear has double 5’x8′ swinging doors with windows.
