Modular Barn – Marshall, VA


Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Marshall, VA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with cedar stain by Haley Paint Company. The window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted green. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hickory color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the large window is an insulated Andersen Silverline Series window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows Sales. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 40″x108″ roll door with window and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. The insulated service door with window is manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows Sales. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (4) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x26′ grain room and a 12’x12′ open storage area and a 12’x10 grooming stall and a 12’x48′ aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kickboard and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door to the outside. The grain room has floor and an insulated window and a service door into the aisle and an insulated service door with window to the outside. The open storage area has a window. The grooming stall is lined with 7′ high southern yellow pine kickboard and has a window. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at the front and a 40″x108″ sliding door with window in the rear.
