Modular Barn – Marshall, VA
This is a 30’x40′ modular barn in the monitor style. This Marshall, VA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint provided by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has rafters and black metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The small loft windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows and the large windows are insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung windows provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-42 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.
This modular barn has (4) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x20′ stall and a 10’x10′ feed room and a 10’x10′ office and a 10’x40′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via a ladder. Part of the loft is open to the aisle below and is lined with a railing. One end of the loft has a loft door and the other end has a fake loft door with window. In the front, the roof has an extended pointed peak. The 10’x10′ stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The 10’x20′ stall is lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and has (2) sliding 4’x7′ stall doors and (2) dutch doors with window to the outside. The feed room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The office has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle and a service door with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the front roll doors are double-hung windows.
