Modular Barn – Middle River, MD


Project Description:

This is a 30’x24′ modular barn with (2) 8′ lean-tos in the monitor style. This Middle River, MD monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with white paint provided by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted black. The doors in the front are stained with smoke stain. It has rafters and insulated black metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the large windows are single-hung windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x10′ roll doors and 5’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and loft doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-27 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 9′-5″x24′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via a ladder. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has a sliding loft door. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. On either side of the front sliding doors are extra single-hung windows.
