Modular Barn – Middletown, VA
This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the monitor style with (2) 10′ lean-tos. This Middletown, VA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows and the large window is an insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door is also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x10′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors and loft door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-48 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.
This modular barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x36′ stall and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ open storage area and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via pull-down stairs. One end of the loft has a loft door and the other end has a window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kickboards. The (3) 12’x12′ stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The 12’x36′ stall has (2) swinging 4’x4′ stall doors into the aisle and (2) run-in openings to the outside. The tack room has floor and an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door into the aisle. The open storage area has a dutch door to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
