Modular Barn – Milford, NJ


Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular horse barn with a 10′ lean-to in the high country style. This Milford, NJ high country horse barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 8 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 6’x7′ roll doors and service door and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-42 Boston Series cupola with a horse weathervane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (5) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a loft accessed via stairs in the tack room. Part of the loft is open to the center aisle below and lined with a railing. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has a sliding window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a sliding window in the rear.
