Modular Barn – Millville, NJ
This is a 36’x48’ modular horse barn in the high country style with (2) 12’ lean-tos. This Millville, NJ horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with christiana gray paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted custom red. The roof has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and service doors with window and swinging loft door with window and sliding double loft doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.
This modular horse barn has (4) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x24’ tack room and a 12’x12’ open storage area and a 12’x12’ storage room and a 12’x48’ center aisle. One lean- to is partially enclosed to form a 12’x20′ work shop. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the storage room. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door with window and the other end has double sliding loft doors with window and over the center aisle is a hay hole with a hinged cover. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door with yoke into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door with window to the outside and (2) sliding windows and a service door with window into the center aisle. The open storage area is open to the center aisle. The storage room has floor and a sliding window and a service door with window into the center aisle. The work shop has (3) sliding windows and a service door with window into the tack room and a service door with window to the outside. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
