Modular Barn – Mount Airy, MD


Project Description:

This is a 36’x30′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Mount Airy, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with black paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The doors are stained bronze. It has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 12’x10′ stalls and a 12’x10′ tack room a 12’x30′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle. (3) stalls have a dutch door with a window to the outside. (2) stalls have a sliding window. The tack room has a floor and a sliding window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On each end of the aisle, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
