Modular Barn – New Braintree, MA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This New Braintree, MA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 4 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with windows and a service door with windows are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x24′ open storage area and a 10’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with a window to the outside. The open storage area has a window and a service door with a window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
