Modular Barn – Madison, New Hampshire

Project Description:

This is a 36’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Madison, NH trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with keystone gold stain provided by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and evergreen metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 3’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 12’x8′ stalls and a 12’x5′ stall and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 12’x9′ open storage area and a 12’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards. The 12’x8′ stalls have a swinging 3’x4′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The 12’x5′ stall has a swinging 2’x3′ stall door and a window and a 2’x3′ door to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and a service door into the aisle. The open storage area has a window. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
