Modular Barn – Nokesville, VA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x20′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos in the trailside style. This Nokesville, VA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x20′ open storage area and a 10’x20′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The open storage area has (2) dutch doors with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
