Modular Barn – North Conway, NH

Project Description:

This 36’ x 26’ barn was erected in North Conway, NH in the Monitor style. The barn was built with white pine board and batten style siding and painted by the customer to match their home. A light green Everlast metal roof was installed. The insulated 9’ x 7’ garage doors were installed by PDQ Door and the 5’ double doors were manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts. The barn has 29.75”x48” Anderson Silverline vinyl double hung windows, provided by Bird & Hand Windows. The custom made 36” wide stairs were produced by Lezzer Lumber Co.

Benefits:
This barn sports a spacious open lower level area to allow ample room to garage vehicles and equipment, on top of a full concrete slab foundation. The custom made 36” wide stairs provide easy access to an upstairs loft that could be used for various purposes.
