Modular Barn – Pepperell, MA

Project Description:

This modular barn was erected in Pepperell, MA in the Trailside style. The roof has BP shingles in the Cobalt Black color. The vinyl insulated windows are made by Anderson Windows (Silverline Series). The insulated 9 lite door is from Keystone Doors. The Dutch doors, service doors,s and sliding stall doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn has (2) 10’x12’ stalls on the left side. Both the stalls have Dutch doors with glass grids and a grill. There is a 10’x12’ feed room with an insulated wood service door. This barn has a 10’x12’ office with a 9 lite fiberglass insulated door and Styrofoam insulation on the floor. See the attached floor plan for layout details.
