Modular Barn – Red Bank, NJ


Project Description:

This is a 36’x36′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos in the Kennebec style. This Red Bank, NJ kennebec barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with cedar stain provided by Haley Paint Company. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Fox Hollow Gray color) shingles. The windows are insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung windows provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and service doors with window and loft doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ feed room and a 12’x36′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. Each end of the loft has a loft door with window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door. Three stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. A fourth stall has a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door with window into the aisle. The feed room has floor and a service door with window to the outside and a service door with window into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the front aisle doors are extra windows.
