Modular Barn – Rochester, VT

Project Description:

This 36’ x 36’ barn was erected in Rochester, Vermont in the High Country style. The
8-pitch roof has red 29 ga. metal from Everlast Metal. The cupola and horse weather vane were provided by Creative Cuplolas. The white pine board and batten siding was stained with Haley’s Smoke Ultra Log Stain. The steel grill partitions and stall front grills were manufactured by Sunset Valley Metal. The custom-made L-shaped stairs were produced by Lezzer Lumber. The wooden doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn has (3) 12’ x 12’ stalls on the left side, accessed by dutch doors with arched glass. There is a 10’ lean to overhang on the left side that provides extra protection from the elements. There are (2) 12’ x 12’ stalls on the right side, accessed by dutch doors with arched glass. There is (1) 12’ x 12’ tack room with a wooden floor and custom- made stairs leading to the loft area.
