Modular Barn – Round Hill, VA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x36′ modular barn with (2) 12′ lean-tos in the high country style. This Round Hill, VA high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company. The window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 8 pitch rafters and black metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The stall windows are single-hung wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The loft windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Andersen Corporation. The 9’x8′ SRP overhead garage doors are manufactured by General Doors Corporation. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-27 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (5) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 10’x36′ aisle. It has a full loft accessed via an exterior stairs and 10’x10′ deck. The end of the loft with the deck has double insulated service doors with window and the other end has (2) insulated double-hung windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kickboard and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are single-hung windows. One of the lean-tos is enclosed with an overhead garage door on each end.
