Modular Barn – Round Top, NY

Project Description:

This is a 36’x24′ modular horse barn with 10′ high walls in the trailside style. This Round Top, NY trailside horse barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 4 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hickory color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors and service doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 12’x12′ stalls and (2) 12’x12′ open storage areas and a 12’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. One open storage area has a service door with a window to the outside and is open to the center aisle. The second open storage area has a sliding window and is open to the center aisle The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end. On each side of the sliding doors are extra sliding windows. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
