Modular Barn – Rye, NH

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn with 10′ lean-to. This Rye, NH barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint provided by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and trim around the doors is painted white. It has 10 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The large windows are insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung windows provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service doors with window are also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The overhead garage door with windows is manufactured by General Door Corporation. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and double loft doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Series cupola with transom window manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x16′ tack room and a 12’x10′ wash stall and a 12’x22′ open storage area and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. Both ends of the loft have double loft doors with windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke and a window and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room is insulated and lined with edge and center beaded pine and has a insulated window and a insulated service door with window to the outside and a insulated service door with window into the aisle. The wash stall has white glass board on the walls. The open area has an overhead garage door with window. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are extra insulated windows.
