Modular Barn – Sabillasville, MD


Project Description:

This is a 30’x36′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Sabillasville, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Grey color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors and 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 10’x12′ stalls and (2) 10’x12′ open storage areas and a 10’x36′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door. (2) stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside and (2) stalls have a window. One open storage area has a dutch door with window to the outside and the other open storage area has a window and a service door with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors at the rear and double sliding doors with windows at the front.
