Modular Barn – Salem OH


Project Description:

This is a 30’x36′ modular barn in the monitor style. This Salem, OH monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 10’x12′ wash stall and a 9′-5″x36′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via a pull-down stairs. One end of the loft has a loft door and the other end has a window. Each side of the loft has windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards. Three stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. One stall has a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The wash stall has white glassboard on the walls. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
