Modular Barn – South Royalton, VT


Project Description:

This is a 30’x30′ modular barn with 10′ lean-to in the high country style. This South Royalton, VT high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with mushroom stain provided by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted red. It has 8 pitch rafters and standing seam metal roof installed by the customer. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and double loft doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x12′ stall and a 10’x6′ stall and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 10’x30′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. Each end of the loft has double loft doors with window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door with window into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are extra windows.
