Modular Barn – Sparta, NJ

Project Description:

This is a 36’x30′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Sparta, NJ trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8′ roll doors and 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door and service door with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.


This modular barn has (4) 12’x10′ stalls and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 12’x10′ wash stall and a 12’x30′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door into the center aisle and a service door with window to the outside. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. In the front are extra sliding windows on either side of the roll doors. At each end of the center aisle, up near the peak, are gable vents.
