Modular Barn – White River Junction, VT


Project Description:

This is a 30’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This White River Junction, VT trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted red. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 10’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle. (2) stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. One stall has a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
