Modular Barn – Yaphank, NY

Project Description:

This is a 30’x20′ modular barn in the high country style. This Yaphank, NY high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 8 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hickory color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and loft doors with windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x8′ tack room and a 10’x8′ feed room and a 10’x20′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. Each end of the loft has sliding double loft doors with a window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with a window to the outside. The tack room has a pressure-treated floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The feed room has a pressure-treated floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
