Modular Barn – York, PA


Project Description:

This is a 32’x30′ modular horse barn with 11′ high walls in the monitor style. This York, PA monitor horse barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch and 6 pitch rafters and insulated 28 gauge metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x10′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors and service door and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. 

Benefits: 

This modular barn has (3) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x24′ open storage area and a 12’x30′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via an electric lift stairs. The stairs can be lifted into the ceiling when not in use. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has a sliding window. Along each side of the loft are (3) sliding windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The open storage area has (2) sliding windows and is open to the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
