Prefab Building – Quechee, VT


Project Description:

This is a 26’x54′ prefab building with 10′ high walls. This Quechee, VT prefab building was built with white pine tongue and groove siding. It has engineered quaker style trusses and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are insulated Andersen Silverline double-hung windows with screens by Bird-In-Hand Windows. It has 42″x80″ insulated exterior doors with window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The foundation is a concrete frost walls installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This prefab building has an open interior with service doors with window on each end and windows in the front and rear. The quaker style roof has 12″ overhangs on the sides and rear and 36″ overhang on the front.
