Prefab Garage – Spofford, NH

Project Description:

This is a 36’x42′ prefab garage with 10′ lean-to in the monitor style. This Spofford, NH garage was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and standing seam metal roof installed by the customer. The large windows are double-hung Andersen Silverline windows with screens and the smaller windows are single-hung Andersen Silverline sliding windows with screens by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door with window and insulated double service doors with windows are manufactured by Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors. It has insulated 9’x8′ Cambridge Series overhead garage doors with windows manufactured by General Door Corporation. The foundation is a concrete pad and basement installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This prefab garage has a small loft in the middle. It has (3) garage doors with window in the front and (3) windows on the left side and a service door with window and (2) windows on the right side and (2) windows in the rear. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a deck with double service doors with windows and at the other end is a window and each side has (3) windows.
