Prefab Garage – Woodbury, CT

Project Description:

This is a 40’x50′ prefab garage with 12′ high walls. This Woodbury, CT garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with black paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hickory Color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are insulated double-hung Andersen Silverline Series windows with screens provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door with a window is manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 10’x10′ insulated garage doors with windows were installed by the customer. On the roof is a B-48 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete wall and pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This custom garage has 12′ high ceiling with a full loft. It has (3) garage doors with windows in the front and an insulated service door with a window on one side. The loft has (3) dormers and is accessed via stairs. At each end of the loft is a double-hung triple window. The larger middle dormer also has a double-hung triple window. The slightly smaller dormers each have a double-hung twin window.
