Prefabricated Garage – Middletown, VA

Project Description:

This is a 28’x42′ prefabricated garage with 10′ high walls. This Middletown, VA garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and doorway trim are painted white. It has 6 pitch pre-engineered trusses manufactured by Superior Truss and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are insulated single-hung Ply-Gem Silverline Series windows with screens provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door is manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The non-insulated 9’x9′ Homestead Series overhead garage doors with windows are manufactured by General Door Corporation. The gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer

Benefits:

This prefabricated garage has 10′ high ceiling. It has (3) garage doors with windows in the front and on one side is a single-hung window and a garage door with windows and on the other side is a service door and a single-hung window. On each end, up near the peak, are gable vents.
