Modular Barn – Queensbury, NY


Project Description:

This is a 30’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style.  This Queensbury, NY trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company.  The corner trim, window trim and door crossbucks and trim are painted tan. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with BP Everest 42 (Shadow Black color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows are made by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also made by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-32 cupola with horse weathervane by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room.  The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and (2) of the stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. The third stall has a window. The tack room has floor and a service door into the center aisle and also a service door to the outside. On the eaves are gutters and downspouts.
