Shed Row Barn – Newton Square, PA

Project Description:

This is a 12’x32′ shed row horse barn with 4′ overhang. This Newtown Square, PA shed row horse barn with overhang was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has quaker-style rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch door and 36″x24″ drop vents and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-24 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This shed row horse barn has a 12’x10′ stall and a 12’x22′ run-in and a 40″ overhang. The stall is lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and has a dutch door in the front and a sliding window in the rear. The run-in area is lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and has (2) openings in the front and (2) drop vents in the rear. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable
