Shed Row Barn – Penn Yan, NY

Project Description:

This 12′ x 26′ shed row barn, with an 8’ hinged lean-to was erected in Penn Yan, NY. The barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. The roof has BP shingles in the Jade Green color. The barn’s wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows and all the doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

There is a 12×12 storage room on the left that is accessible by a 4’x7’ exterior roll door. The 12’x14’ stall is accessible by a 3’x6’ service door from the storage room and a 10’ wide by 7’ high roll door from the lean-to area, which allows ample room for your animals to be handled. The barn also has three 28”x24” wood sash windows providing plenty of natural light in the storage room and stall.
