Shed Row Barn – Seekonk, MA

Project Description:

This is a 12’x46′ shed row horse barn with 10′ lean-to. This Seekonk, MA shed row horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and service doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This shed row barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 10’x46′ lean-to. One end of the lean-to is closed. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a sliding window in the rear. One stall has a sliding window in the side. The tack room has floor and a service door in the front and a sliding window in the rear and a service door in the side. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
