Shed Row Barn – Westminster, MD

Project Description:

This is a 12’x48′ shed row barn with 12′ lean-to. This Westminster, MD shed row barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and double 4’x7′ sliding doors and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This shed row barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room. Part of the lean-to is enclosed to form the tack room. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a service door going out under the lean-to and (2) windows and double sliding doors to the outside. On each end of the barn are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
