Modular Barn – Stanardsville, VA


Project Description:

This is a 32’x40′ modular barn in the monitor style. This Stanardsville, VA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with keystone gold stain by Haley Paint Company. It has rafters and hartford green standing seam metal roof by Englert Roofing. The small window is a sliding wood barn sash window and the larger windows are Andersen Silverline vinyl single-hung windows by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows are built by J&N Structures. The door in the loft is an insulated fiberglass door with window by Bird-In-Hand Windows.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 11’x12′ stalls and (4) 11’x10′ stalls and a 11’x8′ tack room and a 11’x8′ feed room. It has a loft over the center aisle. The loft will be accessed via outside stairs and deck by the customer. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door and a window. The feed room has floor and a service door and a dutch door to the outside.
