Project Description:

This is a 20’x30′ prefabricated building with 12′ high walls. This Stockton, NJ prefabricated building was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Bronze color) manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The large window is an insulated double-hung Silverline Series window with screen and the smaller windows are insulated picture Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The fixed transom windows are manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated double french patio doors are also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors.

Benefits:

This prefabricated building has 12′ high walls with a cathedral ceiling and has an open interior for use as a studio. It has insulated swinging double french patio doors and an insulated double-hung window in the front. Up high on the front gable are (4) insulated picture windows. Up on the roof are miniature shed dormers with fixed transom windows.
