Trailside Double-Wide Garage – Stow, MA

Project Description:

This is a 24’x60′ double-wide modular barn in the trailside style. This Stow, MA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Fox Hollow Gray color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the large windows are Andersen Silverline double-hung windows, both manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 9’x7′ SRP overhead garage doors are manufactured by General Doors Corporation. The 6’x7′ roll doors with windows are built by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-32 Series cupola by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This double-wide modular barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 24’x24 garage area. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a 4’x7′ dutch door. (2) stalls also have a window. The tack room has floor and a window and (2) service doors. The garage area has (2) overhead garage doors and a service door and (3) windows. The stall front grills and stall partition grill are a custom mesh grill. The sliding stall doors are also custom mesh.
