Trailside Barn – Douglas, MA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x30′ modular barn with 10′ high walls in the trailside style. This Douglas, MA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hunter Green color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x30′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle. Two stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. The other stalls have a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
