Modular Barn – Jarrettsville, MD


Project Description:

This is a 30’x20′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Jarrettsville, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (3) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x20′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the center aisle. Each end of the center aisle has double sliding doors with windows and a gable vent up near the peak.
