Project Description:
This is a 36’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Springfield, VT horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8’ roll doors with windows and and 48″x80″ roll door and 48″x80″ service door with window and 36″x80″ service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.
Layout:
This modular horse barn has a 12’x12’ stall and a 12’x12’ tack room and (2) 12’x12’ open storage areas and a 12’x24’ center aisle. The stall is lined with floor to ceiling horizontal southern yellow pine kick boards and has a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a roll door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door into the center aisle. The open storage areas are open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and a service door with window in the rear. In the front, are extra sliding windows on either side
